I've been dealing with neck problems, a pinched nerve, and some serious posture issues. This pillow is the only one that really does the trick for me. It keeps my neck and body in line when I'm on my back, and when I switch to my side, it keeps everything in check too.

I've tried six other brands that just didn't cut it. This one is the best.

I think I bought my first one around 2015? Now I'm getting a second one for a different spot.
